Bio
Mr. Stoff has advised the White House; Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI); senior Department of Defense leadership; the departments of State, Commerce, and Energy; the National Science Foundation; and the National Institutes of Health. He has contributed to the following publications:
Jeffrey Stoff is the founder and president of CRSI. Mr. Stoff earned a master’s degree in international affairs at the University of California, San Diego, and spent 18 years in the US government as a China analyst and linguist. He is a recognized expert in technology protection issues.
